The Historical Novel Society North America is holding their upcoming conference between June 26th and 28th in Las Vegas, and while in-person registration is no longer available, they still have virtual registration available HERE. It’s not exclusively British, but there will be authors there who are either British, Irish, or who write UK-based historical fiction - including Sarah Penner, Louise Fein, Hazel Gaynor, and Kate Khavari.
